The best smartphone out there, Period !!!
I have used iphone 3gs and 4, my wife has iphone4s. I think I know iphone pretty well. I have been waiting for iphone 5 and galaxy note 2 to compare and get a better one. Big SORRY to galaxy note 2 because there is no comparison. With a little bit of exaggeration, it is an insult to galaxy note 2 if anyone tries to compare with iphone 5.
You can see more and bigger with large screen. Long battery life: Not getting hot. It is less than warm after hours of use. NFC gives many convenient functions. Micro SD card up to 64G allows tons of space. S-pen is neat feature you will never experience with iphone 5. S-voice improve its accuracy: I have to admit that Siri was better, but s-voice on galaxy note 2 improve a lot, I mean a lotttt. Galaxy note 2 has a quad core with 2 ram, which increase multi-tasking abilities. Galaxy note 2 has also "panorama" function on the camera. Samsung does not even point out like Apple. In physical size, I am not even close to LeBron James. Yeah, it is hard for me to use only one hand on the note 2, but i am willing to use both hands. If this is the problem to anyone, don't worry. Note 2 has one-hand operation: you can make keyboard smaller and move it to left or right, so you can use one hand if you want. The only claim from me is that the front and back cameras could have higher mega pixel with a better zoom. But it is still one the best cameras for the smartphone in the market. I can live with it. All smartphones out there, put your head down because galaxy note 2 is the king of the smartphone right now, Period !!!

Great phone, but many flaws upon receiving.

when i first got this phone i thought it was awesome. the phone is hard to text with, even if you have a large hand, trust me my hand is huge. u can always switch to one hand operation, but a lot of the time its not about texting, but browsing. The next day, i couldnt send text messages. i took it n to the store they gave me a new one. the next day, after getting a brand new one, the phone wouldnt connect to all wifi networks. i went into att got a new one. the next day, i noticed the paint starting to come off. 3rd time i had to go in. so im going to an iphone 5s.

The best thing about this phone is the size of the screen. I'm older and my eyes are not the best so this screen is a big help to me.

I haven't had to use my desktop other than working on long documents. This phone basically does it all. All the note products have been awesome so far. I'm looking forward to the next iteration.

Q: Bluetooth options How well does it work with Bluetooth? I have an iPhone 4s and use SIRI quite a bit. Does the Note II have this option also? It's one the few things I like about the iPhone.
12 years ago1 Answer
- A: The Note 3 will utilize bluetooth for peripherals such as keyboards and headsets and can also be used for file sharing between devices. It works great for just about anything bluetooth can be used for. There is no SIRI-like feature, but there are voice features. The device is made for corporate and creative use... it won't dance for you. If you're looking for a device that just talks to you, then stick with your iPhone.12 years agoHelpful?
Q: Pros & Cons What can a this phone do that an iphone can't do
12 years ago1 Answer
- A: This phone also takes the place of a pen and paper. The stylus is more precise than a standard stylus or finger. you can sketch out quick ideas, and the text recognition software is flawless. The screen is bigger than the iPhone, so content won't be tiring to the eyes. Don't worry about the size, I'm short and have small hands, the phone fits comfortably in my pocket! This phone can also shoot impressive pictures and 4k video. The iPhone's camera doesn't shoot as good and doesn't have 4k filming functionality. You can also have two applications open at the same time: like taking notes and doing research. The iPhone doesn't have this capability. The Galaxy Note 3 also comes with an office suite that's fully compatible with industry-standard office software. it really capitalizes on all the things a tablet can do while remaining a reliable smartphone. It's unfair to compare it with the iPhone as the iPhone doesn't utilize tablet functionality. The Galaxy Note 3 is made to do so much more than the average smartphone. After experiencing the Galaxy Note, the term phablet doesn't do this concept on smartphones justice. It's everything a smartphone should be.12 years agoHelpful?
