AWESOME PHONE
Great battery life, you can delay the sending of text messages, visual voice mail, all the features you could want in a phone, excellent display, good size but wish the speaker was louder

Disappointed
I usually like Samsung Galaxy phones. I hate this phone. ..it's very glitchy. Don't purchase it. It's not responsive and it's slow. As I am typing this review the text is delayed.

Great Idea...TERRIBLE DELIVERY

For the record I have 5 years of experience selling cell phones for a living. This is the worst android I have ever had. The gps on this device chronically gets confused and cannot figure out where I am. I cannot tell you how many times this has happened ever since I bought the device. The size of the phone is GREAT I really wish the big phone manufactures would realize that bigger is NOT necessarily better and that there are MANY busy people who want a phone they can comfortably hold in one hand. Nevertheless, the size of this phone is perfect but there are so many other issues with it. The battery on this phone drains the way a typical Android battery drains but although I have had this phone less than 4 months, the charging port already is starting to short out.
The camera is ok. It does the job, but unlike my old s4 which was an amazing phone, this phone does not easily zoom. The volume button does not zoom unless you set it to do that and I still have not been able to figure out how to do that.
The speaker phone is average. It is not as loud as my S4 and when I use the speaker phone function, most people tell me that they cannot understand what I am saying.
All in all, the S5 mini is a great idea, but lacking in performance. It is a shame too, because I know so many people who would rather have a smaller phone.

I received this phone as an insurance replacement, free upgrade from the s4 mini. I am a Samsung guy all they way, but this phone is terrible. I would prefer my rugby smart from four years ago over this s5 mini.

Says SIM Card is not right for network alot.

I am unhappy with this phone. I get a SIM CARD not correct for network error alot. I researched and alot of others have the same issue.

perfect size

I bought this phone being a huge fan of the galaxy devices. My biggest reason for purchasing this device is that my monthly installments would be cheap, as well as the device is not too big where I have to lug it around in my pocket. I don't have to worry about this phone breaking down as galaxy phones are indestructible. Only drawback is the battery seems to die quickly. What an awesome phone, I'm obsessed!
