BEST PHONE EVER!
This phone is fantastic! I initially had iphne and decided that androids have so much more to offer, made the switch to a captivate which I was happy with, and then switched to galaxy S II and I have never been happier. It has so much more to offer than even my previous android! It is pure brilliants. Sleek design, very easy to use, very customizeable, 8mp camera. Screen is BEAUTIFUL and I can do anything I want with the phone.
I'm telling you, if you are not sure you're sold on this phone, go into an at&t store and play with it, I guarantee you will come out with one. When I went in I was just checking out the Samsung note, and ended up coming out with Galaxy S II! Overall very happy!

Great phone when it stays on
This is a great phone but has a mind of it's own. This phone shuts off whenever it feels like it which is troubling using it for business or an alarm. I'm on my 2nd phone of same type and still having the same problem. When the phone is on it is a great phone, easy to use, and has many many great features. One draw back is the battery life. It is always on the charger. I would most defiantly look at other phones before this one due to the bugs.

Why does it take so long for you guys to update your phones!?
My phone was fine until it got the android 4.0 update. It completely ruined it. When it was on gingerbread, it didn't crash or overheat. The build quality isn't as nice as I thought it would be. Sometimes when I play a game on it, it just freezes out of nowhere
ConsPoor quality, overheats too much, keeps crashing

Q: How does it connect to PC?
Does it have a USB port or a propriety connection like Apple?

1 Answer
A: If it doesn't come with a USB chord when you purchase one then you would have to purchase one separately. Your PC might not be able to detect it. You will have to download Samsung Kies from their site. Here's the link http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/usefulsoftware/KIES/JSP

Q: I have an IPhone 3G, if I upgrade to a new phone will I lose my info off my current phone?

A: There are some options, setup any web based email, yahoo, gmail, hotmail etc... sync your contacts to this service. Any new smartphone you get will be able to sync up with this type of account, that should suffice for your contacts/calender/tasks... as far as files/photos, you may want to look at some type of online storage, or sync your data to your pc/mac, just make sure you back everything up to some location you can access it later. How easily you can get to it really depends on the device you are upgrading to. Motorola makes it simple, I'm sure Samsung has some application to sync you up with all your data, I just have never used it. Good luck

Q: which phone is the best the samsung galaxy 11 or the skyrocket phone

A: Essentially the same phone but the Skyrocket is LTE capable and some other features, make sure your area has LTE, it's not available everywhere... My suggestion, find a store that has them both, try them both out before you commit

A: I really don't think so, you pay the same as stated on you data plan. 4G is just an extra feature of a phone to give you higher download speed wherever 4G is available.

Q: Which android is best phone?
interested in android phone. Which do you recommend?

A: I would get a Google Nexus or an SIII. The google has it's advantage in that it is stock android. Which is good. The SIII has better features if that's what you want. You can always flash over to stock android if that's your thing. If not, there are some compromises in what AT&T does to the Android OS. Anyways, like I said, nexus or an SIII, with the emphasis on different areas for each. I don't know when they will come out with a nexus II, but that might be worth waiting for.

Q: regarding galaxy s ii available for upgrade
When I look online, a different model shows up as the Samsun Galaxy S II than is shown in your promotion for upgrade. Is it a different phone model or is it an incorrect photo? What is the model number of the phone shown on the AT&T site?

2 Answers
A: There are currently two models of the samsung galaxy s II out, the normal white/black S II, and the slightly more powerful, S II Skyrocket.
Normal S II: Item SKU: 65323(Samsung Galaxy S(TM) II)
Skyrocket version: Item SKU: 65319(Samsung Galaxy S (TM) II Skyrocket (TM) - Black)
Hope this helps you!
