Nice phone
So far so good. There's a whole lot on here I haven't even messed with yet. Particularly all the different video and camera settings. But I like the phone a lot. It is the largest I've ever had and it works for my hand size, but I wouldn't want to go any larger...but for people with large hands this should be comfortable for them.

Samsun Galaxy S21 Ultra
I replaced my Galaxy 9S with the S21 Ultra and I hate it! It's slow, sometimes when I click on the different apps they take forever to come up, accessing the internet is horrible!!! I wish I had never changed over to this phone. They talk about how good 5G is, well let me tell you, it sucks!!! I'm so ready to move to another carrier and get rid of this phone

I WANT MY S9+ BACK!!!!
I will start off by saying the cameras are amazing, the 120Hz display is beautiful and the UI is super smooth, FINALLY!!!!
Since my wife and Is S9s would stop receiving updates the S9 is the last phone that applied for a trade in deal. Decided to get two S21 Ultras. Huge mistake. I have been with Samsung since the S3. Every year the glass is supposed to get better but only seems to get worse. Gorilla Glass Victus is actually softer than previous glasses. After 3 weeks my wife has a chip in her screen and has never gotten a scratch or chip from normal use. The insurance won't cover it either because it's too soon. I have never used screen protectors and never had an issue. But I will no longer buy phones with curved displays because it seems like there aren't any good protectors. Plus, the ultra sonic fingerprint reader doesn't work well with a screen protector. Also, I tried recording a memorial for the whole family and after 20 minutes of recording video, the phone overheated and stopped recording. I really wish I could return these phones. I really wish ATT sold Pixel devices. I'm done with you Samsung.

Great Device with some tiny issues

It is a great phone, but from factory I have an issue with AOD, it is always very dim even after doing all the neccessary troubleshooting. Also sometimes I feel that adaptive refresh rate is not working 100%.

Phone freezes and restarts on a regular basis

I bought this phone over a year ago brand new. It keeps freezing and restarting. It happens at least a few times a day, sometimes more. To be honest the camera is the only good thing about this phone. Performance wise, it sucks. I am in the middle of scrolling through an app or using Google maps and out of it just freezes and I have to wait for it to reboot to start resume what I was doing. This is not an uncommon issue with this device. I have read online hundreds of testimonials of people reporting the same thing, so I know it's not just my device. Samsung refuses to replace the phone. Overall it's a mediocre phone if I can't use it since it always crashes.
