I upgraded my Samsung 8 plus to a Samsung S21+ 5G and I love it. The only thing is for the price I paid i should have gotten more in the box like a fast charger plug & ear phones. I have been upgrading with AT&T for quite a while and it seems that the perks are less and less.

NO SD SLOT???
Either make 512gb storage the minimum standard or bring back the SD slot. That simple. I returned the phone as soon as I noticed this. Massive disappointment!

Good, expensive phone no charger, poor ATT experie

No charger on a phone at this price? And wrong sim card? Took me a week with multiple phone calls, being hung up on and finally having to take the phone in to get it working. Really bad experience. Phone seems good though there is no charger. Really? For ths price? NOTE: I was forced to leave out what I paid for the phone in order for this review to be published. Take what you read with a grain of salt.

Top of the line Galaxy phone

I had this phone for 3 years and I have just traded it in on a s24 plus. I loved it and I don't like to have to upgrade but I try to when I can upgrade for free with the trade in. Highly recommend it.

Great features, great price....just a few problems

My parents got me the s21+ about a year and a half ago and I love it, but I do have some issues with it and that is, it has a few glitches like sometimes the screen won't respond and my apps will act a little weird requiring me to restart the phone quit more often then I would like to!! but besides all that I love it and think it was worth getting!

I have been a long time user of Samsung phones, and there was a time when we would get a charger, and a dongle for the wired system users. Samsung need to bring back giving the consumer "something" in that thin box instead of just a phone and pamphlet 😠
