I was able to get a new phone and trade-in my old phone easily
I used a chat over the computer and able to get the box to use to send my phone as it didn't come with my new phone

This offer is a LIE!
If I could give it a zero I would. The ad says trade in any Galaxy S series phone any year any condition. My S8 works fine but is cracked. They told me it is NOT an acceptable trade in. Any condition means it is in perfect condition. If you get the new phone, send in the old one and they turn it down you WILL be charged the full retail amount in installments.

My New Samsung Galaxy S22 - 256GB - Phantom Black

I upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy S22 from the S7 and so for I like it. The only thing I would change is to add a memory card slot and shorten it about a 1/4" so it would fit in my pocket as did my old phone.

Great don't have to many issues

As I am using this phone it works very well I have had issues before with it but they are fixed updates Come and my phone is fully updated I just wish it had more space to use because I already ran out by only owning a single game and not to many photos.

So Far, So Good
So i had to upgrade my phone last November, just before Thanksgiving. I was nervous because i have a s9 and it's been a while lol. 1st of all, great price from Att. I did my homework and the price was fair. 2nd of all, Everything Transferred Seamlessly!! All my pictures, messages, Discord, Twitch, all my passwords, Everything. Really impressed bc the entire transfer took just under an hour. Initially, the battery was draining super fast--which was confirmed when i did my homework. But i would say about 2 weeks after my purchase, Samsung dropped an update--and my battery life has been Awesome. I can almost go a full 2days now before having to fully re-Charge. I also had to upgrade my pc right before Christmas (ugh) but now my phone and my hp computer is all connected.
So, the cons: No jack for headphones. I went on Amazon, and got a pair of blu tooth Skullcandy (just ok, under $20 bucks). Also, the charger port is different. Which surprised me, bc i assumed i could just use my trusty s9 charging block. I had to purchase a wireless charger off Amazon--about 20 bucks--No issues.
Honestly, really happy with my s22. Also, i still have my s9--which i will keep until it won't turn back on lol. That s9 is a tank!! But this new s22--so far-- is just like my reliable s9--only faster, better cam and video, better sound, fun to use. So im actually really, really happy.
Yes, I recommend this product.

The phone started ghost clicking within 4 months. It got worse to the point that the bottom of the screen was not responding at all. AT&T said it was a Samsung warranty issue. Samsung sent me to UbreakIfix (a Samsung certified warranty repair company). After 3 trips to 2 different UbreakIfix's, they declared it unfixable. I then called Samsung for a fourth time, asked how I should replace the phone with a manufacturer's defect, and was told to mail the phone in, go without a phone for 10 business days, and hopefully it will be fixed. If you're not going to sell high quality products, at least make replacing them easy.
No, I do not recommend this product.

- A: You can check the data settings @AANASH. Select the gear in the menu screen. Then go to Connections. You will see Mobile Networks there and the 5G information. Please note, you must be in AT&T market with 5G service. Also, if you are in a non-AT&T area, some 5G services may not work. For example, if you are in a country that uses a different 5G channel.
