AT & T horrible
Took 3 days and a trip to an AT&T store to get phone to work. Spent hours on phone with tech support. Regret the whole thing.

It should be zero stars, they wouldn't honor the promotion by saying they couldn't verify me after i sent id after id. Now that the free tablet deal is over they can now verify me but no longer honor the free tablet? Yes this is how they treat their customers of 15 years. No thanks. I'll be switching soon

Terrible company

They wouldn't send me the phone because I didn't give them "valid proof" that I was in fact a real person ordering this phone. Then I went to the AT&T store to try and buy a phone there, but they would've made me pay full price since I don't have credit. I am only 21 years of age. Of course I don't have credit. I pay for everything out of pocket with my own money upfront. I'm a working citizen who pays taxes on everything. Phones are mandatory these days. The fact these companies treat you like sh it if you don't use the bank's money before paying it off is ridiculous. It was a decent company before these rich pieces of sh it got richer
No, I do not recommend this product.

The most recent Galaxy device that offers a SD slot would be the Galaxy A35 5G. You can increase your storage capability up to 1TB when you add a microSD card to this device.
