Rear Camera Lense
Rear camera lense cracked on it's own. Nothing hit it or was dropped. Dead spot on the touch screen. Also, when bringing an app back up the screen will be black and white. You must close out the app completely for it to work correctly. Worse phone ever!!!

glass back

i love the phone my only issue with it is the fact the back is glass!!! which i had no idea of. its apparently gorilla glass used for the front of most phones or protectors for front of phones not the back. i got it the first day it came out . by day 2 i picked it up to notice the back was shattered right at the on off button . i would have noticed it no matter how it happened i did not !! til i looked at the back that i have rubber mat floors in that roon for children so it wsnt a hard surface . its just shattered. My advice is get a case immediately and dont open the box until the case is in your hands. and put it on as soon as you open the box

Great phone, needs improvement.

I got the Samsung's Galaxy S9+. It was a 50% off promotion. After using it for several days this is what i find doesn't work too well.
1. The screen resposiveness, has to be turned all the way up or it doesn't work too well.
2. SdCard, goes from being there to not being there.. phone says randomly that a new sdcard was installed.
3. The camera. The camera locks up to the whole phone. I think this has something to do with the sdcard problems.
4. System UI errors. The phone gets a lot of these.
Over all I think this is still a good buy. Now I'm just waiting for a fix or recall for the screen and patch for the software issues.

Wonderful Phone

I love this phone. I have had it forever. Only reason I am upgrading is due to all the apps I use needing a newer version of Android to function.
