Flip in another direction.
I have had this phone for a month, and it is already broken. I purchased the screen protector and the cover from the AT&T store because I was told they would protect my phone. I dropped the phone once time and it wouldn't open completely again. I have insurance but still would have to pay $275 for a new device. I was told that I could not file a warranty claim because the damage was not covered. I was told that a spring was damaged, and you could tell they already knew exactly what the issue wasSee more

Good but not great

The phone in and of itself is good. I like the way we are going back to flip phones. With that being said, I think the price is a little too high for what you get (or don't get). The speed is great and clarity of screen is as well. But the fact it doesn't have any form of screen protector, no external memory chip slot, and is not protected from water (like the S20, S10, etc.. Just makes me think it's not worth the price. Oh and some other issues I have os that it's not 5G ready (maybe future software update?) and if you drive in a car that has Android Auto, you must keep the phone opened to use that app. If Smasung were to somehow fix these issues, it could easily be rated 5 stars. However, I'm hoping they also make this phone more affordable!

I have had this phone for a month, and it is already broken. I purchased the screen protector and the cover from the AT&T store because I was told they would protect my phone. If you get this phone, you better not drop it or you will be paying for another one. I decided to just pay the phone out and take it as a lesson learned. So I have a brand-new flip phone that want open up. I can see part of my messages while it is closed and if I catch the calls I can also answer them with it closed. I just cant get to any app. Thank goodness I have a work phone that I can still use. Please take my advise and DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PHONE. IT IS A WAISTE OF YOUR MONEY.

I like this phone a lot. It feels sturdy, particularly the flip action. Definitely get a case to keep it from feeling like it's going to fall out of your hands. However, do not get it with AT&T. They have hijacked the Google Messages app so that you cannot use open source RCS anymore.

Cracks at seam

Stay away from this phone. Less than 6 months old and the screen protector is starting to crack at the seam, at least I hope that's what it is. Many people have left similar reviews on the Samsung forum with the same issue. Seems Samsung knows its an issue and of course does nothing about it because the screen isn't covered under warranty. Just went to a local phone repair shop, $550 to repair because the parts are so expensive. Why repair what's only going to break again. No cell providers should sell this thing.
No, I do not recommend this product.
