A lot of issues and after several months is useless. No Samsung warranty . Never purchase this phone. wasting your time

My new Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5

Since I already had the Galaxy Z Flip4 and loved it, I pre-ordered the Galaxy Z Flip5 and it hasn't disappointed me yet. I put the old cover on it which fits until the new cover arrives. The back camera has changed but other than that, it looks and works the same. I love it.

THE CONCEPT IS GOOD BUT IT DOESN'T WORK.
WITHIN MONTHS OF BUYING THE PHONE, IT WILL SHOW AN INDENTATION IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SCREEN, AND THEN IT WILL EVENTUALLY SHOW A BLANK SCREEN AFTER ABOUT A YEAR. SAMSUNG WILL CHARGE YOU TO REPAIR IT, THEY WILL SEND YOU BACK THE PHONE AND IT WILL EVENTUALLY WITHIN 2 MONTHS, THE SCREEN WILL GO BLANK AGAIN AND THEY WILL TRY TO CHARGE YOU A REPAIR FEE OF ABOUT 400 DOLLARS. IT'S A GIMMICK, DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE. TRUST THIS REVIEW!

Dead after 2 years

Phone is 2 years old and quit connecting to cellular service - ATT and Samsung have no solutions besides send in for service at my cost. Cover screen has very limited functionality for most apps thru a weird sandbox interface. Screen durability has been good although the factory screen protector is starting to crack. Tends to run hot and battery life is just ok. Expensive phone to brick after 2 years - will not be purchasing Samsung next time.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Cute but not worth the experience.

Barely lasted a year and one of the worst phones I've ever owned and I have owned both iPhones and Pixels. Right after the year screen replacement warranty which I didn't get to redeem because the store I booked an appointment at to get it replaced was having issues with accessing samsungs warranty database or something. The screen got some dead pixels at the fold on the left side after a couple of months. Then the fold part started having a green line across half the screen along the fold, that even shows when my phone is turned off. I noticed when I'm laying in bed on my left side, the phone will random turn off the screen/lock. And now the screen protector started having bubbles underneath at the hinge portion. And now my phone overheats so easily it's ridiculous and it horribly affects the performance of the phone making it so slow or unable to do anything.
No, I do not recommend this product.
