Great phone! I am the envy of everyone who sees it for the first time! Screens are incredible, pics/videos top notch, fast response time btwn apps, I plan to keep this for years!!!

ATT and Samung warranty customer care is terrible!
My wife and I bought 2 of these phones on preorder when they were first released. 2 months ago my wife's screen cracked when she unfolded it while laying in bed. it took me almost 3 days of phone calls and emails to get her a replacement sent to us. today, my screen protector decided to unpeel itself from the middle of the phone. The store was absolutely no help saying Samung handles all claims on the fold devices themselves now. Samung themselves gave me two options to repair, send it in and beSee more

Got the phone everyone was skeptical of

So many people have told me not to get the fold 4, but it has been the best decision I have ever made! If you are looking for a phone that is not boring BUY this phone. It's much more durable then people say, I've opened and folded the screen hundreds of times with no problems.

My wife and I bought 2 of these phones on preorder when they were first released. 2 months ago my wife's screen cracked when she unfolded it while laying in bed. it took me almost 3 days of phone calls and emails to get her a replacement sent to us. today, my screen protector decided to unpeel itself from the middle of the phone. The store was absolutely no help saying Samung handles all claims on the fold devices themselves now. Samung themselves gave me two options to repair, send it in and be without a phone for over a week, or take it to U break I fix for a replacement. the problem with U break I fix replacing the screen is that they say Samsung makes them wipe the phone for all warranty claims. But if i pay them $80 then they will fix it without deleting everything. While the phone itself has been ok, Samsung and ATT make you go through a circus act when it comes time to file a warranty claim. Everyone I talk to on the phone tells me "that's ok, you have insurance. Just file a claim". why would i pay a $250 deductible on a device that is still supposedly covered under the manufacturers warranty?

Inside screen doesn't work

Just had my ZFold 4 for a few days past 1 year. This morning heard a crackling sound when I opened my phone to use the larger inside screen and noticed a little black line about a centimeter long right at the fold of the inside screen. As the day wore on it became a full line down the middle of the screen. Now it's most unusable. I still have the auto-rotate and I can see my screen on left and right, with a huge black line in the middle but touch doesn't work. I Google'd this problem and found out it's called screen bleed and Samsung doesn't warranty it. Cost of replacing inside screen is half the price of the phone. This was what I was a afraid of if I bought this phone, and sure enough it happened at a few days past 12 months. Buyer beware.

Q: Does visual voicemail work on both sims? I purchased a 1GB version from Samsung shortly after release, and had to return it because visual voice mail would only work on one sim, either the physical or the esim but not both.

- A: Hi @SGDallas, It will. Please note, when you move devices, it can take time for visual voicemail to catch back up to the device you move to. If you are continually moving between devices, it can cause issues. Try resetting the network on the device and or checking the app to make sure it is enabled. Q: I have a Samsung note 20. Can I use that pen with this device since it doesn't come with one? If I supply my own pen does the device at least have a storage slot for it like the note 9 and 20 do?
