Very poor phone.
I bought this thing, the first one called 911 repeatedly while it was sitting on the work bench. At&t had no record of the calls (9 times in 15 minutes). I had 5 sheriff's deputies at my job because of this. They sent me a refurbished one to replace the first one. It had program issues as well. It is a rugged phone, but the software is trash.
