Remote Alaska Customer
I attempted over several hours and multiple phone calls to “verify” my account. I was repeatedly told you have to go to the store. I don’t have store access as I live on a remote island. Better yet they could not understand that the name on my account is my name minus three letters (for my legal name). They kept referring to documentation showing my name change. It never changed people!! Ultimately had to cancel my order. Shame on you AT&T. Absolutely horrible customer service!
