DO NOT BUY Waste of money
Over all DO NOT BUY! Save yourself money, patience, and time.
The tablet worked perfectly for one month then kept kicking my daughter off her “kidspace” which is the whole main function of this tablet. We are located in Texas and it was telling us we were not in the US; the location was on and there was nothing set that would interfere with that. I called ATT a dozen times to help and they couldn’t figure it out. We replaced it once and still the same issue happened. The only way it would workSee more

AT&T CARE - Isabella
Hello, Eery. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts on the AT&T Amigo Jr. Tab. We hear your concerns about the device running slow and the battery draining quickly.
To make your battery last longer:
• Make sure you follow the complete charge time (minimum 3.5 hours).
• After a partial charge, the battery level indicator may not be exact. Wait for at least 20 minutes after removing the charger to obtain an exact indication.
• Adjust the brightness of screen as appropriate
• Extend the email auto-check interval for as long as possible.
• Update news and weather information on manual demand, or increase their auto-check interval.
• Exit background-running applications if they are not being used.
• Deactivate Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or GPS when not in use.
To fix the lag on your tablet:
•Free Up Storage: Go to Settings > Storage. Delete heavy, unused games. Go to Apps, select YouTube/browsers, and tap Clear Cache.
•Force a System Memory Refresh: Press and hold the Power button, then select Restart.
If the tablet is laggy to the point of freezing, press and hold the Power + Volume Down buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds to force a soft reset.
If you need further assistance, please send an email to our amiGO team at g02256@att.com and they will gladly assist you with your tablet.
Your thoughts are so important for us at AT&T. Thank you for submitting this review.

Pretty useless

I have a 3 year old. There’s nothing educational about this. I’m paying a monthly fee my child can’t even text or call yet. Now my child just uses it for youtube and brainrot.

AT&T CARE - Pablo
Hello. We are sorry to hear the battery life of your AT&T amiGO Jr. Tab is not meeting your expectations. It features a durable design that supports up to 8.67 hours of audio playback time through the speakers, and we want to ensure you get the most out of its features.
At AT&T, we strive to offer excellent service and support. To help extend your tablet's daily battery performance, we highly recommend trying these simple adjustments:
1️⃣ Lower the screen brightness or turn on Adaptive Brightness.
2️⃣ Reduce the display timeout screen-lock period.
3️⃣ Turn on Dark Mode to save power on the display.
4️⃣ Close heavy background applications when they are not in use.
5️⃣ Press the power key to lock the screen when your child is done using it.
6️⃣ Use static wallpaper images rather than live or moving designs.
If the battery performance continues to fall short, please visit your nearest AT&T store for a hands-on diagnostic.
Should you need further assistance with your AT&T service, please DM our official support channels on X (@ATTHelp), Instagram (@att), or Facebook (AT&T). Thank you for choosing AT&T.
