Excellent Device!!! Microsoft has Perfected This!!

The is the Perfect Super Portable work device. If you don't like Tablets, you will like this device as it comes with Full service Win 11-- no compromises. You can do what you want without frustrating Apps, you can use you VPN's, no problems here. We have previously purchased several of these devices last few years and they are all still working perfectly. The Perfect Mini PC.

Not worth the hype

Could not get the SIM card to work twice. Have always used Apple products in the past. Returned surface go 3 and getting a iPad Pro. Will never go away from Apple and this is why.

No service tablet and terrible customer service

I purchased this tablet through ATT with the service and received a tablet without service. Saturday I contacted ATT 2x via chat which met zero solution, I also called ATT and was on the phone with her for 1.5 hours and was met zero resolution, I went to an ATT to have the sim swapped out and to allow them to look at it, after an hour that accomplished nothing and lastly I came back home and contacted ATT again. This time it appeared that I was making headway and after an hour I was told that a new tablet would be sent to me and everything would be taken care of.
Tuesday, I contact ATT again via Chat to receive an order number for the replacement and was provided with an order number that went to the procurement of a new sim and nothing else. I called ATT and after 20 minutes was hung up on. And finally I contacted ATT one last time and after a half hour was able to receive a return label for the item. I was assured that after the item was returned, the item should be removed from my account and everything should be fine. I was also advised that I needed to return the tablet ASAP because the return policy is only good for two weeks.
In short I leaved three very valuable lessons:
1st: purchase your tablet from the store to ensure that is even "cellular capable" which mine was not.
2nd: ATT has a two week return policy which very few people know about and it begins the day that you make the purchase, not the day the item is received
Lastly: their customer service department is terrible, I spent nearly 8 hours between the chatting sessions, phone calls and going to the store just trying rectify this issue.
Lastly lastly, when you call customer service, don't talk to the machine, simply reply with representative every time it talks, 3x's for me and it will connect you with someone that can do everything for you.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Great device. Great picture. Touchscreen works very well. The issue is, however, is that it can be really slow to respond to anything. Another of programs are not compatible
