Fine new entry generation tablet from Samsung
Works great! I returned it within 14 days as I had buyers remorse. Why pay a grand over three years just to have an extra line when I use it on Wi-Fi? Bought the same one at Walmart for $254 after taxes with Wi-Fi only.

Didn’t work
Lemon. That is what they told me, the device didn’t work, wouldn’t take physical SIM or eSIM- 2 hours on the phone, to find out it’s worthless. Since I didn’t leave WiFi because it was at home. Once I didn’t I was told oh sorry you passed 14 days for buyers remorse. Customer for 7 years- paid off more then 3 devices. Have 7 lines. Thinking I will switch my loyalty to another company. Ridiculous customer service. In the end got cut off on call and still pay for the device or send me another whichSee more
