Exactly what we needed!
We've had the amiGO Jr Watch 2 for a little over a month now, and it's met my expectations! I'm able to communicate with my 14 year old without handing her a phone that she could become addicted to--she can text the friends/family I select and she loves that it has a step counter! I do wish that it tracked her sleep and offered a sleep score like my watch does. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase!
