Ordered cancelled
They have no problem taking my money monthly for a phone but a watch needed my identity verified in store. I called twice to try and fix the issue but nope! They wanted me to go in store. However, the last time I went in store, they sent me out the door to call after 45 minutes of waiting. So I will just buy the warch outright when I am ready instead of through At&t.

Major headache

The watch is great! AT&T as usual is not. They have no idea how to put the mobile plan on the watch. So far I have gone to the store where some kid that works there who has had zero training calls AT&T and asks them for help. I have called multiple times on my own and get nothing but confused people who have no idea what they are doing. #going-to-straighttalk

Save your money

Would not recommend this watch to anyone. The fitbit I used previously was leagues above this watch. Battery is terrible, the responsiveness of the device is poor, it sporadically will alert me of notifications, but its inconsistent. Not worth the money spent.
