Blocking a number from messages
If you no longer want to receive text messages from a contact, you can block their number on your device.
1.
From the Messages app, select the conversation with the number you'd like to block.
2.
Tap the Contact dropdown.
3.
Tap info.
4.
Scroll to and tap Block this Caller.
5.
Tap Block Contact.
6.
You've completed the steps!
