Changing your iPad's name
You can change the name of your device. This name will show up when you connect your device to a computer or wirelessly connect to another device.
1.
From within the Settings app, tap About.
2.
Tap Name.
3.
Tap the X icon.
4.
Enter a new name for iPad.
5.
Tap the Checkmark key to save your changes.
6.
You've completed the steps!
