Changing your voicemail password
Change your voicemail password if you have forgotten it or think your password may have been compromised. The password will be required before the user can listen to any voicemails.
1.
From the Home tab, tap See bill details.

Scroll to and tap Check out your data, call, and text activity.

Scroll to the I want to section, swipe to then tap View my plan.
4.
Tap Device options.
5.
Scroll to and tap Reset voicemail password.
After this step you will be prompted to tap Reset voicemail password again.

You've completed the steps!
