Blocking and unblocking a contact
If you no longer want to receive text messages or phone calls from a contact, you can block their number on your device. This however does not prevent the contact from leaving voicemails.
1.
From the Phone app main screen, tap the Menu icon.

Tap Call settings.
3.
Tap Call blocking & Decline with message.
4.
Tap Blocked numbers.
5.
Tap the Plus sign icon.
6.
Select a phone number source.
7.
Select a contact or phone number.
8.
Tap DONE.
9.
To unblock a number, tap the Delete icon.
10.
Tap REMOVE.
11.
You've completed the steps!
