1. From the home screen, tap the Phone icon.
   
2. Touch and hold the 1/Voicemail icon.
   
3. If prompted, enter your current voicemail password.
   Note: If you've forgotten your password here's how to reset it.
   
4. If you have unheard messages, press * to get to the Main Menu.
   
5. Press 2 to change your administrative options.
   
6. Press 1 for password options.
