What speeds can I expect with AT&T Internet Air?

As of November 2024, Internet Air delivers typical download speeds between 90-300 Mbps and upload speeds between 8-30 Mbps. These speeds are based off of current internal data and are dependent upon the connection the All-Fi Hub can achieve with the AT&T wireless network. We will continue to update these speeds as we monitor results. See att.com/broadbandinfo for more information.³ Here is what FCC guidelines say about ideal download speeds based on usage+: Basic service (3-8 Mbps) for one to two users or devices at a time: email, browsing, basic video and Internet radio Medium service (12-25 Mbps) for two to three users or devices at a time: basic functions plus one high-demand application such as HD video, video conferencing, online gaming, telecommuting. Advanced service (25+ Mbps) for three to four users or devices at a time: basic functions plus more than one high-demand application running at the same time.

What sort of activities can I do using AT&T Internet Air?

With Internet Air, you can browse the internet, email, and stream movies and TV shows.

Are there any overage fees with Internet Air?

No. There are no overage fees with Internet Air.

Do I have to be an AT&T Wireless SM customer to get Internet Air?

No. You don’t have to be an AT&T Wireless customer to get Internet Air.

Is in-home Wi-Fi included with Internet Air?

Yes. The AT&T All-Fi Hub is an all-in-one device that powers strong Wi-Fi coverage. Optimal performance requires Wi-Fi 6-enabled devices.

Can I take Internet Air wherever I go?

No. Internet Air can only be used at the address you specify at purchase.

If I move to a new address, can I take Internet Air with me?

Since Internet Air is available in select areas, please call us at 800.288.2020 to see if it’s available at your new address. If so, our agents will help you set up service at your new location.

Do you send a technician to set up Internet Air?
