Scammed
The magnet was not strong enough to hold my iPhone 15. I returned the item following ATT instructions and using the return label they provided. Tracking information indicated that ATT received the item on 3/20/2025 but as of 4/3/2025 a refund has not been issued. According to customer service, they have no record of receiving the item. ATT now has my money and the item and said there is nothing they can do.
