Works. AT&T store zero help
Had one bar prior, now full service. Works great, local AT&T store very unhelpful in any knowledge on the product. Stated that if I didn’t have service now, how would this product help that. Calls either barely came through or straight to voicemail, now come through with zero issues. Easy install, need good internet connection.

You need to have patience, lots of patience, when installing this product. The instructions could have been more detailed.
1>Plug in the unit (power, network & GPS) and install the app on your phone
2>Sign into the app and register the device and setup your users (aka administrators)
3>The device will be flashing the power light for 10-15 minutes and then after a while all of the lights will begin to flash...be patient this takes a while. After quite some time all of the lights will be solid except for the LTE light which will keep flashing.
4>You will get an email saying “Your Booster is Registered” and “We'll let you know when you can make calls.” Wait some more (30+ minutes)
5> 30+ minutes later you will receive another email and a text that says “Your Booster is working and is ready to make calls”. The LTE light will now be solid white. When you start using your phone the LTE will flash again.
I hope this helps ease the installation frustration.

Doesn't work

Had to replace my 3g micro-cell (which worked amazing) to this. Haven't had good cell service in over a week at my house. Tech support is not helpful and it will take over a week before they reach out for a warranty replacement.

Bad customer service

Did not help with my cell service. When I tried to return to my local ATT store, they told me to go to UPS. I went to UPS and they said I needed to go online and get a return tag. So, I got a big run around for nothing- because it had been over 14 days since I purchased it. They would not let me return. So, now I have a door stop…

Poor reception cured

Cured my issue with poor reception in my home. I wish I had known about this option years ago. I was considering reinstalling a land line. Chat GPT mentioned this as an option, but I think ATT should market this more. At $200 it was a bit pricey, but overall with it.

My parents love that they have cell service in their house now.
I had it shipped directly to their house. My mom attempted to set it up herself, she didn’t quite follow the directions. When I went over to finish the setup it took a single restart and redoing the steps.
Working great throughout their house.
