Somewhat disappointed.
My wife has worn a Fitbit for many years. I saw an article about this one, and thought it might be worth a try. I am disappointed in the lack of consistency in readings, especially regarding steps. I walk the golf course using a non-remote walking cart. If my hand is on the cart, no steps are recorded. My Apple phone records roughly 2;000 more steps in a round of golf.
Sleep data seems fine. Workout (cardio) data is simply not understandable.
AI generated coaching is ok but I wouldn’t pay for See more

Never purchase from AT&T Accessories
I’m extremely frustrated with AT&T’s return process for devices purchased through guest checkout. Despite multiple attempts to return my device, customer service representatives have been unable to generate a return shipping label.
I’ve been transferred between multiple departments and representatives, none of whom seem to understand how to handle guest checkout returns or provide a resolution.
It is unacceptable that a company as large as AT&T lacks a straightforward process for handling See more

It is unacceptable that a company as large as AT&T lacks a straightforward process for handling returns from guest purchases. Customers should not have to spend hours being transferred between departments because of internal system limitations and inadequate support.
I’m requesting that AT&T escalate this issue to a team capable of generating the return label and resolving the matter promptly.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Ridiculous. Cancelled the order 4 times. It was never shipped and they keep sending me emails to rate the order. Terrible! What else can I say?

I like the heart rate monitoring but consistency is not there (occasional spikes while not doing anything other than walking the golf course).
All in all not what I expected.

Hey there, Littlecreek. We’re sorry to hear that you're having trouble with consistent tracking on the Fitbit Air. To help improve your tracking, make sure your height is set correctly in the app, as the device uses this to estimate your stride length. If your stride is longer or shorter than average, you may want to manually adjust those settings. Additionally, wearing the device snugly on your wrist can help improve consistency. If you're still seeing issues, we’d be happy to look into this further with you: https://support.google.com/googlehealth/gethelp
