Surprisingly terrible
I'm not sure if it's just the device I had or if it's generally the case with the KEYone but this is, without a doubt, the worst phone I've ever owned. I did a lot of research and read lots of reviews before I decided on this phone. I went for it because it got really strong reviews, I've liked my BB's in the past and the monthly payment was 1/2 of a Samsung or Apple. I've had iPhones for the past 8-9 years and was kind of excited for a change. This was the wrong device to choose to take the See more

Great Device
Feels great in the hand, this is a very premium build and a great looking device. Even though the specs are mid range it runs very smooth and quick. The camera is amazing, took some side by side photos with the iphone 7 and its clearly better! The blackberry apps make the device much more secure and great for productivity. The keyboard is amazing as well as the shortcuts and trackpad. BATTERY LIFE IS INSANE! i easily get 36-42 hours with heavy usage. This is by far my favorite phone out and for the price you pay you cannot lose. Highly recommend this phone for anyone who is looking for something different and is not a heavy gamer

I'm not sure if it's just the device I had or if it's generally the case with the KEYone but this is, without a doubt, the worst phone I've ever owned. I did a lot of research and read lots of reviews before I decided on this phone. I've had iPhones for the past 8-9 years and was kind of excited for a change. This was the wrong device to choose to take the Android plunge.
Pros:
- Google suite of apps comes pre-loaded (my life is on Google)
- I like the intuitive automatic text replies
- Nice appearance and screen size
- Decent battery life
Cons:
- Freezes multiple times a day requiring restart
- Slow, slow, slow processor (ex: has caused me to miss calls because while I'm
watching YouTube, for instance, the answer button is so slow to respond that it
would freeze (I'm a realtor and being able answer calls is kind of a big deal for me)
- Very limited memory
- Cramped keyboard
I've joked with friends that it's as if Blackberry put a nice new case around 2008 technology but that's a pretty accurate description. It's simply not prepared for modern use and I suppose reading through the reviews indicates that it is best for folks who don't stream a lot of content or would be considered "heavy" users. Maybe I'm in that camp but, regardless, this was a giant fail of an experiment.

Thank you for your question, The Blackberry KeyOne has an Android operating system and uses the Google Play store for downloading apps. You should be able to download the Fitbit app from there and connect to your Fitbit device. Thank you for reaching out and being the best part of AT&T!
