Nice flip phone
Purchased for my husband, who is not very technical. He loves this phone. Closes so he can't butt dial anyone and cannot scratch the screen. Easy to use, opens to large screen. It is a little heavier than other phones.

Didn't even last a month!
This phone was forced upon me by insurance as "the only replacement option". The screen didn't even last 30 days before it failed at the fold seam. Now I'm getting charged another 100 dollars to replace it with you guessed it another foldable screen! The camera quality was ok but can only do macro in rear facing where my old phone did both which is a feature I used a lot. The speaker quality sounds like it's in a tin can and I can't turn it up enough to hear. Overall I'm extremely disappointSee more

I bought a new phone from this AT&T on August 15th, 2023. The service was okay. It was a Motorola Razr almost $1k, the phone has a leak on the screen that has only been growing for about 3 days, yesterday we went to the store, less than 3 months of use, first the attendant sent us to Best Buy, at Best Buy we were informed that they only work on iPhone, they sent us back to the store, again the attendant, who had already given us the printed invoice, claimed to think it was a Samsung device, but he didn't bother to read the invoice to give us the information correct, even though it's Samsung, Best Buy informed us that they don't deal with this type of phone, that perhaps Best Buy in Sawgrass could help, but the attendant sent us to the nearest Best Buy, we went back to the store and the attendant mentioned uBreakiFix and gave us the phone number for Motorola's technical support, we called the store and Motorola told us to go to uBreakiFix and the phone was entitled to a new screen at no cost. uBreakiFix was already closed at the time and we returned today, uBreakiFix does not provide a screen according to information provided by Motorola, they fix it but it needs to be paid for. We called Motorola again and they gave us another option: wait 5-7 days to receive (you need to send the phone via SEDEX, arrange it and receive it back) the phone back. If you want the phone before that, it is possible for a payment of $600.00. Conclusion, we won't have a phone for 7 days, and all this horrible customer service, one lack of information after another making us look like fools as if we had nothing else to do, it's all thanks to this AT&T store and Motorola. Never!!!! Never buy from this location, AT&T or a Motorola.

failure as a product

I bought this phone about 2 yrs ago around christmas time, and right away it was amazing and useful. But about 2 months ago, I started to see a small part of the screen go dark in the corner, nothing major and I could still use it well. after some time, the phone would randomly click thing toward the top, and this was incredibly difficult to work with, as something might be clicked that I didn't want. about a month ago, a major portion of the screen around the middle turned black and unresponsive, and I know for a fact that the screen was at fault. The screen was scratchless, and was never dropped on the screen, but now my phone is now completely unusable.
No, I do not recommend this product.
