Samsung Galaxy S20 LOVE IT!!!!!
I ordered the Samsung Galaxy S20 in cloud blue online and picked up in store. I am new to Galaxy phones. I have been an Apple girl for over a decade. (Since the first iPhone was released and this phone blows the IPhone out of the water. I love how much you can customize almost every little detail. I also did my first update today and it was literally done in a matter of minutes. With Apple updates it could take HOURS. Super fast and easy to use and navigate. New Phone kept overheating
Horrible experience for me. The phone was heating up from day one. Eventually when I tried everything else the representative said I needed to pay a restocking fee. I was so mad. Why would I pay that for a phone that was malfunctioning. That is crazy. That phone could cause a fire
