1. From the home screen, swipe down from the Notifications bar.
   
2. Tap the Settings icon.
   
3. Tap More.
   
4. Tap Mobile networks.
   
5. To turn cellular data on or off, tap Data enabled.
   
6. If turning cellular data on, tap OK.
   
7. To turn data roaming on/off, while Mobile data is turned on, tap Data roaming.
   
8. If turning data roaming on, tap OK.
   
9. Cellular data can also be turned on/off by swiping down from the top of the screen with two fingers, then tapping Mobile data.
