1. When using the keyboard, tap the Shift icon for capital letters.
   
2. Tap the Shift icon again for capslock.
   
3. Tap the 123 Sym icon for numbers and punctuation.
   
4. Tap the Page icon for additional symbols.
   
5. Tap the ABC icon to return to the keyboard.
   
6. Tap the options on the Suggestion bar to add them to messages.
   
7. To access settings, touch and hold the Microphone icon.
   
8. Tap the Settings icon.
   
9. Tap the desired settings to adjust, or tap the Back icon to return to the previous screen.
   
10. To copy and paste text, touch and hold an area of the text you wish to copy.
    
11. When the Text magnifier appears, release the screen.
    
12. Touch and drag the Text brackets to highlight the desired text.
    
13. Tap Copy to copy the text to the clipboard.
    
14. When typing text, touch and hold an area of the Text field.
    
15. Tap Paste.
    
16. The copied text will appear in the text field.
