1. From the home screen, tap Email.
   
2. Press the Menu key.
   
3. Tap Settings.
   
4. Tap Account settings.
   
5. Tap your account.
   
6. Tap Sync settings to adjust the synchronization settings for the account.
   
7. Tap Signature to set a personalized signature.
   
8. Tap the Signature switch to enable and disable the signature.
   
9. Tap Password to update the password for the account.
   
10. Enter the new password, then tap OK.
    
11. To set a personalized notification tone, tap Select ringtone.
    
12. Tap the desired notification ringtone, then tap OK.
    
13. Press the Back key.
    
14. To remove an account, tap the Remove icon.
    
15. Tap the desired account to remove, then tap Delete.
    
16. Tap OK.
