1. From the home screen, press the Menu key.
   
2. Tap Settings.
   
3. Scroll to, then tap Location services.
   
4. Tap the Location service checkboxes.
   
5. Tap Agree, if prompted, to grant permission for location services.
   
6. While location services are in use, a GPS icon will appear in the Notifications bar.
   
7. To quickly toggle location services on and off, touch and drag down from the top of the screen to reveal the Notifications menu.
   
8. Tap GPS to toggle on / off.
