1. From the home screen, tap Email.
   
2. Press the Menu key.
   
3. Tap Settings.
   
4. To adjust Email general settings, tap General.
   
5. Adjust the settings as desired, then press the Back key.
   
6. To adjust individual email account settings, tap the desired email account.
   
7. To add a signature, tap Signature.
   
8. Enter the desired signature, then tap OK.
   
9. To adjust email sync frequency, scroll to then tap Inbox check frequency.
   
10. Tap the desired option.
    
11. To adjust notification settings, scroll to, then tap Email notifications to turn it on or off.
    
12. To change ringtone, tap Select ringtone.
    
13. Tap the desired ringtone, then tap OK.
    
14. To delete an account, scroll to, then tap Remove account.
    
15. Tap OK.
