1. From the home screen, swipe down from the Notification bar. 
   
2. Tap the Settings icon.
   
3. Swipe to the PERSONAL tab, then tap Accessibility.
   
4. Tap the desired option.
   Note: For this demonstration, 'Vision' was used.
   
5. Tap the desired option.
   Note: For this demonstration, TalkBack was used.
   
6. Tap TalkBack to turn the feature on.
   
7. Tap OK.
   
8. Triple tap ON/OFF toggle highlight section.
   
9. Tap OK to highlight the command.
   
10. Double tap OK.
