Getting started
- You can download the update via Firmware Over the Air (FOTA).
- You must connect your Unite Express 2 to the AT&T data network to download the update.
- You must connect your phone, tablet, or laptop to the to the Unite Express 2’s Wi-Fi® network to download and verify the software update.

- Connect a phone, tablet, or laptop to the AT&T Unite Express 2's Wi-Fi network.
- From your device’s Web browser, go to http://attwifimanager.
- Enter your Username and Password, then Log in.
- Select Settings, then General.
- Select Software and Reset tab, then Check for updates.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to download and install the update. The device automatically restarts once the new software successfully installs
Verify software update
- Connect a phone, tablet, or laptop to the AT&T Unite Express 2's Wi-Fi network.
- From your device’s Web browser, go to http://attwifimanager.
- Enter your Username and Password, then Log in.
- Select Settings, then About.
- The Software specifications display. If the Firmware version doesn’t match the current update; perform additional updates until it does.

- After installing the software update, visit Troubleshoot & Resolve to fix any additional issues with your device or services.
