When your device is roaming on a land-based carrier, it displays the land carrier's network information.
With Wi-Fi Calling, you can call back to the U.S. at no additional charge. Calls to other countries, including the country you’re in, are billed at your international long distance rates. To be billed the cruise calling rate, turn Wi-Fi Calling off in your device settings.
