Make a call

Call from your home phone or the phone portal.


From your phone

Make calls directly from your home phone.

  • Local calls: Press the 7- or 10-digit phone number.
  • Long distance calls: Press 1 + area code + 7-digit phone number.
  • International calls: Press 011 + country code + 7-digit phone number.

From a browser

AT&T Phone users can place calls from the phone portal.

  1. Go to Phone Features.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • From the Make a Call section, enter a number to dial.
    • From the Call History tab, select a number to dial.
    • From the Address Book tab, select a number to dial.
  3. Specify whether you'd like to activate or deactivate Caller ID Blocking and Call Waiting for the call.
  4. Select Place Call.
  5. When your home phone rings, pick it up to place your call.

FYI: You can sort Call History by missed, answered, outgoing, name, length of call, or call type.
