Learn about changes to your AT&T Value Plus VL Plan

Monthly charges for the Value Plus VL plan will increase.

What to know

We’re increasing the monthly charge on your Value Plus℠ plan, which will now be called Value Plus℠ VL. You’ll also be able to add up to 10 phones, tablets, or wearable lines on your plan once the change occurs. You’ll see the price increase and feature updates starting within the next six bill periods. Existing discounts and promotions aren’t affected by this change.

Looking for savings? Sign up for AutoPay and enroll in paperless billing to save on your monthly plan charge.

If you have phone lines on Unlimited Starter, Unlimited Extra, Unlimited Premium, or have any connected devices on these same plans, go to att.com/attunlplans for updated billing information.

Cancel your service

We hate to see you leave, but we understand you may want to cancel your wireless service. Give us a call at 800.331.0500 so we can help you review your account and discuss your options.

Have an installment plan on one of your devices?
You can:

  • Pay off the remaining installment plan balance and keep your device. 
  • Call us at 800.331.0500 to return your device and waive any remaining installment balance. You have until May 15, 2025, to return your device and get your installment balance waived.
How can I view my new monthly charges if I stay on my current plan?
Your Customer Service Summary will be updated within two bill cycles. You can view the updated Customer Service Summary by doing the following:
  1. Go to your myAT&T Settings. Sign in, if asked.
  2. Choose the account you’d like to view, if you have more than one
  3. Scroll to Billing and select See customer service summary.
