How do I unlock my cell phone to switch to AT&T?

You'll need to contact your current carrier to unlock your cell phone. Carriers have varying requirements to unlock phones from their network. Once your phone is unlocked you can come back and complete the switch to AT&T. Learn more about unlocking your cell phone

Can I keep the phone number I had during the trial?

The trial phone number will expire after 30 days and cannot be reused. After you test drive our network, you can bring your current phone number from your provider or get a new one when you’re ready to join AT&T.

How do I delete the myAT&T app and eSIM from my cell phone if I don’t switch to AT&T?

To delete the myAT&T app: Find the app icon on your home screen Tap and hold the app icon to open the menu Select Delete App at the bottom of the menu Tap Delete To remove the trial eSIM: Go to your Settings app Select Cellular Find the eSIM you want to remove Select Remove Cellular Plan A prompt will ask for confirmation to remove the eSIM
