She loves it!
I purchased this phone for my 88 yr old mom. She loves it. It is not too big that she feels uncomfortable carrying it and it's not too small where she strains to see. She can surf the internet as well as receive pictures of her new great-grandbaby!! It's easy to use and that made the purchase worth it!

Annoyed for sure
I purchased this phone with 16gs thinking this would be enough it's not the running system take up a lot of space I have practically no apps on my phone and dont take many photos but my storage space is full almost all the time I'm constantly having to delete apps only to reinstall when I want to use them its very inconvenient.
Also if you like to pinterest like me... you'll notice the screen will stop working on one side or the other... which ever is your dominant side mine is the rightSee more

I don't like the way that u need to swiping up and then side to side to find the apps. It has low memory 4gb of ram . I cannot transfer all the apps the AT&T transfer is not compatible. Is too complicate to find all the things that setting has because they are not all in setting, appears on the bottom the screen when u are looking for some settings. The apps are way too small. I really didn't like. Is not like the LG G4 .

I got this after leaving my LG. Before I had a Galaxy 5I and this new 2018 J3 is faster than my 5I and has more memory. So don't commit on a older J3 just because the name is the same.

You can get apps put on the phone, such as the secure family app from AT&T, but the person using the phone can disable the app and get into it.
