1. When a new message is received, a New Visual Voicemail icon will be displayed in the Notifications bar.
   
2. Swipe down from the top of the screen to access the notification menu.
   Note: Alternatively, you can check your voicemail messages by tapping the Phone icon from the home screen > Touch and hold the 1 key > if prompted, enter your voicemail password > follow the prompts to listen to your messages.
   
3. Tap the Visual Voicemail notification.
   Note: The number in parentheses indicates the number of new voicemail messages.
   
4. Tap the desired message.
   
5. Tap the Play icon to listen to the message.
   
6. To call the person that left the voicemail, tap the Call Back.
   
7. To delete a message, tap Delete.
   
8. Tap Delete.
