App Troubleshooting

Use the Troubleshoot and Resolve Tool to troubleshoot common device issues.

  1. To clear your app cache, swipe down from the top of the screen, and tap the Settings icon.

  2. Scroll to the APPS tab then tap Application manager.

  3. Tap the Desired application.

  4. Tap Storage.

  5. Tap CLEAR CACHE.

  6. To stop an app, from the home screen tap Apps.

  7. Swipe to and tap Usage Manager.

  8. Tap the X next to the desired app to close.

  9. To update an app, from the home screen, tap the Play Store icon.

  10. Tap the Menu tab.

  11. Tap My apps & games.

  12. Tap on desired application marked with UPDATE.

  14. To uninstall an app, from the Settings menu, tap Application manager.

  15. Tap desired app.

  16. Tap UNINSTALL.
    Note: Not every app can be uninstalled, some can only be disabled.

  17. Tap OK.
    Note: To Re-Install an app, go to the Play Store > tap desired app > tap Install.
