2Next day replacement: Claims fulfilled with a replacement device and approved by 6 p.m. ET will be shipped and, in most cases, delivered the next day. Non-connected or Wi-Fi device repair and replacement generally takes 3-5 business days from the date Asurion received the equipment (applies to Multi-Device Protection Pack only). Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands cannot be shipped for next day delivery.
3Screen repair: $49 deductible applies. Limited to eligible devices in select areas. Newly launched device models may not be eligible for screen repair. Repairs are performed by an Asurion-certified technician and come with a 12-month warranty. Declining deductibles not applicable to screen repair and selecting screen repair option will not impact customer's declining deductible eligibility. Some colors of eligible devices are not covered. 7Automatic Fraud Blocking: May inadvertently block wanted calls, but settings can be adjusted to turn off blocking or allow specifically designated numbers.
8Suspected Spam Warning: Must be in AT&T HD Voice coverage area to be alerted to suspected spam calls. Suspected spam may include service messages and/or other permitted calls.
9Manual Call Blocking: Requires AT&T Call Protect app. Permits blocking of phone numbers. Does not permit blocking of unknown numbers.
