AT&T Phone Insurance Claims & Device Protection

Enrollment is only available within the first 30 days of a new activation or device upgrade, or during an Open Enrollment period. Device must be in good working order at time of enrollment. You can switch your already-enrolled number to a different plan at any time. Protect Advantage is $16, $19, or $25 per month per mobile number enrolled, depending on device tier. 1. Protect Advantage is a combination of Protect Insurance, Protect Service Contract, and ProTech. Protect Advantage Multi-Device is a combination of Protect Insurance Multi-Device, Protect Service Contract Multi-Device, and ProTech. Protect Insurance and Protect Insurance Multi-Device are underwritten by Continental Casualty Company, a CNA Company (CNA), Chicago, IL, and administered by Asurion Protection Services, LLC (In Iowa, Lic. #1001002300; in California, Asurion Protection Services Insurance Agency, LLC, CA Lic. #OD63161; and in Puerto Rico, Asurion Protection Services of Puerto Rico, Inc.), a licensed agent of CNA. Protect Service Contract and Protect Insurance Multi-Device are provided by Asurion Warranty Protection Services, LLC, or one of its affiliates. Protect Advantage plans include a service contract that is separate and distinct from any product or service warranty which may be provided by the manufacturer, importer, or seller, and does not extend the term of any original product or service warranty that the manufacturer, importer, or seller may have provided.
2. Same-day replacement: Available for select devices in select areas and is subject to parts and technician availability. For same-day delivery, claims must be filed and approved by 4 p.m. For same-day pickup, claims must be filed and approved by 5 p.m. Eligibility is determined at time of claim approval and is contingent on certain criteria 
3. Unlimited number of screen and Back back glass repairs: Select devices are eligible for repair. Visit phoneclaim.com/att for current list of eligible devices. Repairs are available in select locations, based upon parts and technician availability, and other criteria. If a device requires multiple types of repair, for example cracked screen and back glass repair, the device must qualify as an eligible device for each of the needed repairs, or the device will be replaced (replacement deductible/service fee applies). Same-day repair option depends upon claim approval time, part and technician availability. Repairs are performed by an Asurion-certified technician and come with a 12-month limited warranty. Repairs may use new or refurbished parts; may contain original or non-original manufacturer parts; , and may void the manufacturer’s warranty.
4. Unlimited eligible battery replacements: Available for eligible wireless phones outside of manufacturer’s warranty period that power on but fail to hold an adequate charge after ProTech diagnostic testing. Available for select devices in select areas. Additional information:
   • Coverage is optional. You may cancel any time without penalty.
   • Maximum device value of $3,500 per claim.
   • Replacement devices may be new, refurbished, or remanufactured and may contain original or non-original replacement parts. Color, features, and accessory compatibility are not guaranteed.

Non-refundable replacement deductible/service fee of $25, $100, $225, $275, $300, or $400, or deductible/service fee of $199 (for eligible Protect Advantage Multi-Device non-connected device replacements) is required per claim based on device.
