You can protect and support up to three eligible devices with AT&T Multi-Device Protection Pack.1 Get coverage for your AT&T mobile device, plus the flexibility to choose up to two additional eligible devices at any time, including smartphones or tablets on your AT&T plan or any non-connected tablet or laptop. You don't need to enroll your additional devices until you need support, repair, or replacement.

1AT&T Multi-Device Protection Pack (MDPP): Includes Multi-Device Insurance, Multi-Device ProTech support, and the ProTechSM app. Must enroll primary device within 30 days of new activation or device upgrade unless currently enrolled in Mobile Insurance or Mobile Protection Pack. Monthly charges ($34.99) billed directly to your wireless account. Cancel any time. Multi-Device Insurance: Covers up to 3 eligible devices. Devices: Primary device must have active AT&T wireless plan (excluding AT&T PREPAIDSM). Wi-Fi-only laptops and tablets (not connected to AT&T wireless service) must have Windows® Vista, OS X, Android®, or iOS® or newer operating systems, and coverage benefits for these devices commence 30 days following enrollment. Deductibles: Standard deductibles apply and are billed to your account. Declining deductibles may apply based on eligibility. Coverage: Coverage for loss, theft, accidental physical or liquid damage, and mechanical or electrical malfunction after expiration of manufacturer warranty period. Claim limits: Six shared claims within any consecutive 12-month period. Maximum value of $1,500 per occurrence. Claims may be fulfilled with new, or AT&T Certified Restored equipment of the same model or other models of like kind and quality. AT&T Certified Restored is previously opened and/or used equipment (which may be refurbished or remanufactured and may contain original or non-original replacement parts). Wi-Fi tablets and laptops may be provided with repair or replacement with new or refurbished equipment of the same or other model of like kind and quality at the discretion of the insurer.

2Claims received before 6 p.m. ET can be shipped as soon as next day. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands can't be shipped for next-day delivery. Non-connected devices (applies to Multi-Device Protection Pack only) are shipped within approximately 3-5 business days from the date Asurion receives the device.
3Screen repair: $89 deductible applies. Limited to eligible devices in select markets. Newly launched device models may not be eligible for screen repair. Same day repair option depends on claim approval time and technician availability. Repairs are performed by an Asurion-certified technician and come with a 12-month warranty from Asurion. Repairs may use new or refurbished parts and may contain original or non-original manufacturer parts and may void the manufacturer warranty. Declining deductibles don't apply to screen repair. Selecting the screen repair option won't impact customer's declining deductible eligibility. Some colors of eligible devices are not covered. 4A non-refundable deductible will be charged for each approved claim. Continuously enrolled customers who go claim free for 6-12 consecutive months save 25% off the standard deductible; and at 12 consecutive months or more save 50% off the standard deductible.
