1AT&T Mobile Insurance and AT&T Multi-Device Insurance are underwritten by Continental Casualty Company, a CNA company (CNA), and administered by Asurion Protection Services, LLC (in Iowa, Lic. #1001002300; in California, Asurion Protection Services Insurance Agency, LLC, CA Lic. #0D63161; in Puerto Rico, Asurion Protection Services of Puerto Rico, Inc.), a licensed agent of CNA.
AT&T Multi-Device Protection Pack (MDPP): Includes Multi-Device Insurance, Multi-Device ProTech support, and the Protect Plus app. Must enroll primary device within 30 days of new activation or device upgrade unless currently enrolled in Mobile Insurance or Mobile Protection Pack. Monthly charges ($34.99) billed directly to your wireless account. Cancel any time. Multi-Device Insurance: Covers up to three eligible devices in good working condition at enrollment. Devices: Primary device must have active AT&T wireless plan (excluding GoPhone®). Wi-Fi-only laptops and tablets (not connected to AT&T wireless service) must have Windows® Vista, OS X, AndroidTM, or iOS® or newer operating systems, and coverage benefits for these devices commence 30 days following enrollment. Deductibles: Standard deductibles apply and are billed to your account. Declining deductibles may apply based on eligibility. Coverage: Coverage for loss, theft, accidental physical or liquid damage, and mechanical or electrical malfunction after expiration of manufacturer warranty period. Claim limits: Six shared claims within any consecutive 12-month period. Maximum value of $1,500 per occurrence. Connected device claims may be fulfilled with new or AT&T Certified Like-New equipment of the same or other models of like kind and quality. Colors, features, and accessory compatibility are not guaranteed. Wi-Fi tablets and laptops may be provided with repair or replacement with new or refurbished equipment of the same or other models of like kind and quality at the discretion of the insurer. Multi-Device ProTech support: Available for covered devices only; support provided by AT&T Mobility LLC. Protect Plus app: Requires compatible phone or tablet with AT&T wireless service. 2Claims received before 6 p.m. ET can be shipped as soon as next day. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands can't be shipped for next-day delivery. Non-connected devices (applies to Multi-Device Protection Pack only) are shipped within approximately 3-5 business days from the date Asurion receives the device.
3A non-refundable deductible will be charged for each approved claim. Continuously enrolled customers who go claim free for 6-12 consecutive months save 25% off the standard deductible; and at 12 consecutive months or more save 50% off the standard deductible.
4Screen repair: $89 deductible applies. Limited to eligible devices in select markets. Same-day repair appointments available from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. local time, subject to technician’s availability in applicable service area. Claim must be approved by 2 p.m. local time to be eligible for same-day repair. Repairs are performed by an Asurion-certified technician and come with a 12-month warranty. Repairs may use new or refurbished parts and may contain original or non-original manufacturer parts and may void the manufacturer warranty. Declining deductibles don't apply to screen repair. Selecting the screen repair option won't impact customer's declining deductible eligibility. Some colors of eligible devices are not covered.
