One time charges are not a part of your regular monthly charges, see below for examples of these types of charges.

Examples of one time charges include

Movie rental fees, charges for going over your Digital Phone minute plan, installation and activation charges, or equipment purchased from AT&T.

One time charges can be viewed in the Other Charges and Credits section of your bill.
