If you ordered online and the online tool cannot find your order status, please chat with an agent. If no agents are available, call the number on your order confirmation email.

Shipping & Tracking

If you are installing yourself, you can use the UPS® or FedEx® tracking number from your AT&T shipping confirmation email to check the arrival date of your equipment.*

 

*If UPS and FedEx do not deliver to your location, we will send your equipment by USPS.
