Finally, Headphones that don't pull out your hear!
I previously owned a pair of Beats headphones, but they frequently caught in my hair when I removed them, and I am convinced this caused a bald patch near my ears. My experience changed completely when my husband gifted me the AirPods Max, and I have not considered another brand since. The noise-cancelling feature is exceptional, effectively blocking out the sound of children complaining after school and my spouse’s animated conversations while gaming. ATT customer service
I never received my product. I spoke with 6 different ATT reps that day and they each told me they couldnt help me. I went in store, they told me to call customer support, I called, he told me to go back in store, I go back into the store only for them to tell me they can’t do anything to help. I have a lack of trust in ATT after that whole interaction. It seems like no one knows what they’re doing or doesn’t want to help. I’ve been looking into other cell phone companies since then.
